It was a whirlwind holiday weekend of wedding festivities at the Mountain Top Inn & Resort in Chittenden, Vermont for Kim and Bob. Their rather large wedding was planned in mere months, but was so perfect and beautiful you would never have known. They pulled it off with the help of many friends and family, and a host of talented wedding professionals (check out those flowers on the farmhouse tables!). What you can’t plan for though is the weather, and boy did the weather keep us guessing! Many prayers were said, and every finger and toe was crossed when the decision was made to ‘chance it’, and have their dream ceremony on the knoll on the side of the mountain. Pretty much every forecast said it was going to rain right at ceremony time, and it didn’t! Miraculously, the rain held off until cocktail hour, when everyone went running for the lodge, drinks in hand! At that point though, the party was in full swing, and the weather was no longer an issue at all.
Congrats Kim and Bob, it was great to get back to those green mountains of Vermont for a wedding!
