Adam and Kelly are a sweet, fun native-Maine couple (one of my few!). They’re getting married in Scarborough next year at The Landing at Pine Point. I’ve never shot at The Landing before, so needless to say I’m pretty excited about that. I enjoy shooting at new locations, I really feel that I’m most creative when shooting at a new site for the first time. I’m sure The Landing will be no different.
For Adam and Kelly’s engagement shoot we met up at the beach in Biddeford. To find the spot, drive past the well-known Biddeford Pool to the end of the road, literally! It is an amazing rugged and rocky beach, very pretty! I had no idea it was even there, but it just so happens that this is where Adam had his senior photos taken when he was in high school. There is also a trail along the water called the East Point Sanctuary trail, it is maintained by Maine Audubon Society, and it was another pleasant surprise. We also ‘borrowed’ a seasonal beach home’s porch for their ‘Save-the-Date’ shots. The leaves and the steps were irresistible to me.
Have a great winter Adam and Kelly, see you two again next year!
