Not many couples choose to have their engagement photos in the winter, but Elsa and Zack were determined to do just that, and they wanted snow, lots of snow! Up until a week ago, it looked like we had an early spring and there wouldn’t be any more significant snow, boy was I wrong!! We’ve gotten about three feet of snow in just the last few days, enough is enough.
After multiple location changes and a flurry of emails, we settled on shooting in Maine, and we found quite a bit of the white stuff in Wells at Laudholm Farm. This first photo has to be one of my all-time favorite engagement photos ever, Elsa and Zack look like they’re walking on a cloud. We also spent some time down at Wells Harbor, which in winter is a quiet little oasis of coastal Maine charm, a far-cry from the summer tourist season hustle and bustle.
Elsa and Zack, along with a couple hundred of their family and friends, will be tying the knot this fall, I can’t wait to spend the day with this fun-loving couple.
