Wedding planning starts about a year before the big day, so the weather is always a worry, especially for outdoor weddings. Allison and Dave lucked out and picked a perfect day to tie the knot. Their wedding ceremony at Odiorne Point State Park in Rye, New Hampshire hugged the shore of the Atlantic, and a cooling ocean breeze passed through the tent while guests mingled, dined, and danced well into the evening. The sound of waves crashing in the dark of the night was amazing, then the moon rose over the ocean and wowed everyone with its show. You couldn’t have scripted a more impressive backdrop.
Their dinner by Portsmouth Catering Co., was severed with food stations placed around the tent, so guests were free to eat , drink, mingle, and enjoy the music by the DC Project band on their own time. I loved the style, it was so relaxed, and assured that their friends and family were free spend the evening how they wanted. Nothing was forced or formal, yet it was fun and intimate at the same time. This was one of those wedding that I would have loved to have attended as a guest, so perfect!
Congrats Allison and Dave, I hope your honeymoon was AMAZING!
