Autumn is engagement session season, and I love engagement sessions, so its a happy time of year for me. Plus, autumn is my favorite season; I love the colors of fall, the crisp air, the warm days and cool nights. So far I have four e-sessions on the books for October, so keep your eyes here for lots of lovely engaged couples.
I hopped the Downeaster Amtrak train to Boston early Saturday morning to meet up with Celeste and Brandon for their engagement shoot. We had never met in person before, so their e-session was a mix of ‘getting to know you time’, and lot of laughs. I discovered quickly that Brandon is a pretty hilarious guy, and at several points I had to put down the camera because I was cracking up. Suffice to say we had lots of fun, and there are a lot of funny outtakes not shown here.
After meeting up at North Station we hit the streets on foot, and wandered all the way down to the Boston Harbor Hotel (which I counted for my exercise for the day!). Since it was early in the morning we had many of these spots to ourselves, which on such a beautiful fall day is a rarity. Celeste and Brandon live in Boston, but Celeste is a Maine-girl and their wedding will be out on Peaks Island next fall. We tried to figure out if this makes it a ‘destination wedding’, but it has yet to be determined, but what is for sure is that it is going to be one rocking party, band included!
Thanks for a fun shoot, see you two again next fall!
